VEGETABLES WITH A DIFFERENCE

Sometimes you can be simply inspired by the fresh produce on offer at your market. Finding ways to prepare vegetables to make them something you not only enjoy but also look forward to eating comes sometimes with exploring how tastes combine.
Green beans and pears are an example of how to make the ordinary something special. Baked beetroot , and potatoes with lemon and thyme add a different dimension to a roast meal.
The couscous loaf was a winner that our friend Sue brought to our regular lunch day. She has kindly provided the recipe. A little effort is require but the result is full of wonderful taste surprises. Here are some recipes with a difference
